Basic Netbeans setup

Download the Netbeans from the website and install in your computer

1.Open the Netbeans

2.Now select the new project icon below the “Edit ” .Select JAVA ->JAVA APPLICATION .

3.Click the Next button .Enter the name for you folder where you going to store all your program

4.Now Press FINISH  and the your folder will be created can you can see in your left pane of the screen .I named the folder as wordpress you can name as per your wish

5.Now press the folder name in your left pane and two list be shown one is the source packages and libraries .Now right click on the source package and create New java class and name the java class and press FINISH

Now we see a java class with the name which we specified is created and show in the above image

NOTE: The class name and main method name should be same in java other wise it will throw out an error during compilation

Shortcut in Netbeans

1.CTRL+N=======  NEW PROJECT

2.SHIFT+F6====== COMPILE THE WORKING FILE

3.F6          ========  COMPILE THE MAIN PROJECT

why netbeans ?

1.It is IDE which have necessary thing to develop a code from Apache Tomcat(server for webpages) to compiler
